Catering

With a fully trained chef and waiter on board all of our Red Sea liveaboards, and using only the finest and freshest ingredients, you are sure to to pleased with what's on the menu.

We have hot and cold drinks available all day, and fruit and snacks served between meals. The three main meals are all served buffet style and include:

Breakfast:
a continental style breakfast with fruit juices, tea and coffee.

Lunch:
a variety of salads and vegetables, with a selection of meat, fish or chicken. This is served with rice, pasta or potatoes and bread.

Dinner:
this meal starts with chefs homemade soup of the day. The main course offers a wide selection of European and oriental style dishes. One evening there will even be a barbeque for dinner. This is all finished off with a mouth-watering oriental dessert.

Evening Entertainment
We always host a final night party on board our liveaboards. The chef bakes a cake, and the crew provide traditional dancing and music. This is your chance to have a go at belly dancing and playing the traditional drum. Always a very memorable night full of entertainment.

Barbeque
Mid-week we arrange for a barbeque dinner, either on an island or on the liveaboard.
